In recent years, Soochow Securities attaches great importance to the development of financial science and technology and has made a series of leading explorations with a view to the future. At the same time, speed up the digital transformation and enhance the support of financial technology for business development and management upgrading.

Soochow Securities Operation Center, as the company's data department, insists on data-driven and science and technology empowerment, and provides powerful data service functions for all departments and branches of the company. In 2020, the construction of the data center was completed and put into use, and achieved good results.

In the process of standardizing the work flow of the department, docking business requirements, and improving the quality of work, the Operations Center found the actual situation and pain points of the company's departments and branches in the following aspects:

In order to solve the relevant situation and pain points, the company's operation center takes the initiative to dock with the business department and cooperate with the technical department. Mainly with the company's asset management headquarters, bond investment headquarters, risk management department, finance department and other headquarters departments and branch business departments to maintain a good demand processing interaction, timely for the business department to deal with a large number of data needs In the system construction undertaken by the information technology headquarters, the operation center takes the initiative to output the data collection, storage, calculation, push and display capabilities of the data center, which simplifies the system structure and construction difficulty, and improves the construction efficiency of the system.

In order to strengthen the bond investment business to carry out fine management of departmental performance, investment manager account performance and risk control early warning indicators, and to provide systematic support for management and investment decisions. The bond investment headquarters cooperates with the operation center, completes the construction and development by relying on big data platform and sail soft report system, and jointly develops and constructs the bond investment business analysis and management platform. The main functional modules include basic data (investment transaction flow, sale income, account position, etc.) display, multi-dimensional analysis report display, unified large screen display.

Originally, the business staff combed the data through the basic reports, and they needed to sort out the investment account transaction flow and position statistics every day, and it took each person 3-4 working days for statistics and analysis at the beginning of each month. The operation center cooperates with the business department to unify the data caliber, sort out and complete the business caliber of bond investment transaction and account position data, and generate performance analysis reports on a regular basis. According to the different needs of users and users, multi-dimensional analysis of the returns, transactions and other details of relevant portfolios or asset classes; according to individual needs, the system can increase the frequency of data analysis to daily updates, greatly improve efficiency and accuracy, and provide timely data support for management decisions. At the same time, multi-business requirements functions such as scenario analysis are designed to make data analysis dynamic according to different investment scenarios.

The related flow, position and income statistics of investment business rely entirely on manual bookkeeping. With the expansion of investment scale and the increase of business types, the original manual bookkeeping method is extremely inefficient and can not meet the timeliness. There will also be the risk of data errors to be processed.

The management platform collects the trading system, valuation system, information platform and other system data to the big data platform every day, and it takes only 20 minutes for background computing to generate basic data, and business staff can query the relevant data through the platform at any time. The business management platform realizes the daily update of account analysis data overview by generating basic data such as transaction flow, sale income, position table and so on, combined with sail soft report, which can make investment managers understand their investment situation more visually and greatly improve the work efficiency of business personnel, as shown in figure 4.4.
